Returns & Refunds
1. Return Policy We have a 30-day policy for items with manufacturing defects. If 30 days have gone by since your delivery, we unfortunately cannot offer a replacement or refund.
2. Hygiene & Safety (Non-Returnable Items) Due to the intimate nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for any items once the packaging has been opened or the seal has been broken. This policy ensures the health and safety of all our customers. All sales of personal care items and silk intimates are final.
3. Damaged or Defective Items If your product is defective or damaged upon arrival, please contact us at support@ocrushus.com within 48 hours of delivery. To process your claim, we require:

Clear photos or a video of the defect. Once verified, we will arrange a free replacement immediately. You do not need to return the defective item.
4. Cancellations Orders can only be canceled within 12 hours of placement. Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled or modified.
5. Refunds (Only for Unopened Items) We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. Please note that for hygiene reasons, only items in their original, factory-sealed packaging are eligible for a refund.
If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

6. Shipping & Delivery Issues OCRUSH is not responsible for items marked as "Delivered" by the carrier but not received by the customer. If your tracking states "Delivered" but you cannot find your package, please contact your local post office or carrier directly. We do not issue refunds for stolen or missing packages after successful delivery.
