**How to Request a Replacement:**
1. **Notification:** Email us at **support@ocrushus.com** within 48 hours of delivery.
2. **Evidence:** Provide your order number and a brief video/photo demonstrating the defect.
3. **Resolution:** Once verified, we will ship a brand-new unit to you immediately at no additional cost.

### CANCELLATIONS
Orders enter our automated fulfillment system immediately to ensure fast delivery. You may request a cancellation within **12 hours** of placement. Beyond this window, the order is finalized and cannot be modified.

### REFUNDS (UNOPENED ITEMS ONLY)
Monetary refunds are only applicable to items returned in their **original, unopened, and factory-sealed condition**. Once received and inspected, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
